3a) there are two broken edges of the sandbox which create sharp edges, as well as the row boat seats having sharp edges 3f) the cubbies are not secured to the wall to prevent tipping 3g) the playground had garbage scattered throughout it, the paint on the row boat was chipping as well as missing sections of the seat where chipping styrofoam was seen 4g) a loft is seen in classroom 3 5a) outlets throughout the classrooms are not Tamper Resistent 5b) outlets near sinks and toilets are not GFCI type and Tamper Resistent
