Observation

1. Fences in the outdoor play area have splinters. There is a wall on the garage which has a broken board with sharp edges. 2. The garge has nails protruding from a wall. 3. There walls on the garage which have peeling paint. 4. Walls on the outside of the house are peeling and paint on the stairs on the outdoor play area is also peeling. 5. An outlet next to the restroom sink is not Tamper Resistant/GFCI.
