2d) plastic bags were seen in the bathroom under the sink and in the drawers. 8/23/23- the plastic bags were removed from the bathroom during the onsite visit. 3f) A tall black shelf in the play room is not secured to the wall. Many heavy items are seen placed on 2 small shelves in the play room.
