Observation

All classrooms have been retrofitted to keep the blind cord from forming a loop. In the classrooms, all except one, the cords were observed out of the retrofit tube, therefore, forming a loop that poses a risk of strangulation. One room, one blind had no retrofit at all as it was missing. This cord also formed a loop that poses a risk of strangulation. Plastic bags and rubber gloves accessible to children observed in the bathroom, poses a risk of suffocation and a choking hazard. Diaper wipe bags saying keep out of reach of children, also accessible to children in the same bathroom.
