Observation

Licensor observed two exit windows in each room to have a falling zone. The falling zone was 5ft. 1/2 in. for one room and 6 ft. 7in. for second room. The stairs located outside the windows were not observed steady enough for children to land on and the stairs were not under the window, but they were located near the window.
