Observation

Oudoor building has multiple cables that are loose and capable of forming a loop. Kitchen has a broken upper drawer with nails. Multiple wood cubes in the two licensed rooms were tipping foward and not secured to the wall. The exterior of the building has peeling paint. A side alectrical cord is is loose and not in good condition. A nail/screw was accessible in the bathroom next to the kitchen.
