Observation

1)a) There was a bottle of dish soap out on the counter in the kitchen where it was accessible to children, there is a step stool for children to use to reach the sink. The dish soap has a label indicating 'keep out of reach of children'. The licensee removed the dish soap and made it inaccessible during the inspection.
