Observation

2a: A plastic water bottle with small choke hazard items lid was not sealed and could be opoened by an infabt or toddler in the infant toddler classroom. 2c: Cords in classrooms not secure to the wall and choke hazards. 2d: Plastic bags were accessible to children. 3a: Adult scissors and office supplies (staplers, batteries, etc) within reach of children. 3c: Cabinets with plastic child locks were able to open partially leaving a pinch hazard. 4c: the christmas trees with lights in the classrooms were not secured to the wall and were able to be tipped.
