Observation

Early learning provider must take measures to prevent other hazards to child in care in early learning program space including but not limited to equipment, materials or objects on premises such as protuding nails. Window openings within reach of children must only open up to three and one half inches or have some barrier or preventative measure to discourage children from exiting window.
