At the time of the inspection TC and MG did not have current Safe Sleep training. At the time of the inspection, KLC, TC and MG did not have current Blood Borne Pathogens training. At the time of the inspection, TC and RM did not have current CPR/FA training. At the time of the inspection, TC did not have a valid Food Handlers card.
