Provider's Merit page is not current. Provider has staff memebers whose: cpr/first aid not entered, all staff need to complete the blood born pathpgen training that is an annual training. Food handlers permit ismissing for soem staff and TB test. These required trainings need to be completed asap. After all required trainings are curretn provider needs to update Merit page.
