0165 (2) C - Infant room had cords accessible to children in care at time of visit. 0165 (3) C- Multiple tall wood cubes/book cases/Child Storage Cabinets were missing bein secured to the wall in the following rooms: Infant, Room 1, Hallway to Rooms 3-4 and Room 2 and pose a crushing hazard or falling.
