Observation

Outlet safety caps were observed to be used in the infant classroom that posed a risk of choking, aspiration, or ingestion at the time of inspection. Large items were observed on the wall shelves in the toddler classroom that posed a risk of falling/tipping at the time of inspection. An outlet frame cover in the toddler classroom was observed to be loose and required repairing at the time of inspection. An outlet in the preschool classroom was observed to be non-tamper resistant at the time of inspection.
