During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed children's files with allergies were missing indiidual care plans (ICP) with written instructions from a chlid's health care provider and parent that identifies foods that must not be consumed by the child, steps to take in the case of an unintended allergic reaction, identify foods to subsitute, and specific treatment plan in response to allergice reaction.
