0165(2)(c): In classroom A television cord is not secured which maybe a hazard to childcare children. 0165(3)(c): Outdoor blue/grey playhouse is broken at the bottom. 0165(3)(f): Throughout the classrooms and hallway there are objects that pose a a risk of falling or tipping on childcare children. 0165(33(g): Throughout the classrooms, bathrooms and hallway there is flakying paint. 0165(4)(e): Water temperature read 121 degrees Fahrenheit.
