0165(2)(c) There was a white charger cord attached to the outlet on the wall in the second family area, that was hanging and capable of forming a loop around a child's neck. In addition, there was a work-out stretch cord on the floor, and another black charger cord sitting on top of a table by the steps. In the outdoor area, there is a neon orange strap attached to the fence capable of forming a loop around a child's neck. 0165(2)(d) There was a ripped white plastic bag sitting on the floor in the second family room. 0165(3)(a) The posts in the outdoor area pose for splinter hazards.
