0165 (2)(b) The provider had blinds with pull cords too loose and can form a loop down in the children play room and in the living room. 0165(2)(c) Provider did not have cords secured to the wall in the kitchen leaving cords accessible to children. 0165(2)(d) Provider had plastic bags accessible to children in the children activities, changing table with diapers, and in the bottom kitchen drawer. 0165(4)(e) Provider’s sink in the restroom was too hot of a temperature of 147 degrees Fahrenheit. 0165(5)(d) Provider had a wall electrical plugged into the outlet wall that was not surge protector in the living room.
