Laundry detergent and bleach viewed accessible to children in a laundry room with the door propped open. Children were observed walking in the passage way between the open kitchen and laundry room. Storage room/laundry room door was viewed propped open making it accessible to children. Janitorial equipment viewed accessible to children as the door to the utility/laundry room closet was viewed propped open.
