Staff need training regarding the functions of a students insulin pump works and and how to administer the 3 day emergency supplies for a child who has an insulin pump. How to check for the child's glucose levels and how to maintain the pump. No food is listed of what to give the child and what not to give the child for staff to follow. No plan for food to give a child for 3 day emergency food purposes.
