Observation

Not all staff have had or have records to support the following trainings have been completed: child abuse and neglect, emergency preparedness, children experiencing homeless, medication management and blood borne pathogens. Some staff have not had CPR/First Aide training, several staff have expired Blood Borne Pathogens as observed in their files. Merit Facility Page needs to be updated for all staff. 2 staff need child care basic training, both have worked longer than 3 months. Staff not current with BBP with records viewed onsite. Merit page needs to be updated. Not all staff have taken Child Abuse and Neglect, no records to verify on file or in Merit.
