0165(2)(b)- two window bkinds in the dining room 0165(2)(c)- electrical/appliance cords accessible to child care children throughout licensed areas 01653(2)(d)- in the bathroom and in the outdoor play area are grocery plastic bags accessible to child care children. 0165(3)(d)- washer in the bathroom is accessible to child care children and a refridgerator outside the door leading into the daycare is accessible to child care children. 0165(3)(g)- outdoors there is flaking paint and a carpet that is poor condition.
