Observation

The emergency exit door in the explorer room was locked from the inside and the automatic lock/unlock mechanism is not functioning. The Waddler 1, 2, Toddler 1, 2 Rooms have plasitc and metal locks on the emergency exit half doors preventing them from opening in case of an emergency.
