Observation

There was a bottle of hand sanitizer just outside the bathroom sitting on the counter accessible to the children in the Eagles room. There is also a bottle of hand sanitizer in the hallway and accessible to the children when they go down the hall. The storage room in the three-year-old room was wide open and accessible to the children at the time of the visit.
