WAC 110-300-0200(4): During the site monitoring visit a teacher changed a child's diaper and did not wash her hands before going to change another child's diaper. WAC 110-300-0200(5): During the site monitoring visit a teacher changed a child's diaper and did not wash the child's hands after before allowing the child to go play.
