110-300-0260(1)(a) - a big container of soap was storied on a lower shelf on accessible level to children. The provider removed the soap. And placed it on the top shelf during the inspection visit. 110-300-0260(5) - a toilet plunger and two broomsticks were storied in a place accessible to children.
