Observation

The primary fire exit pathway from toddler froom and the secondary exit from two's rooms is partially blocked by two water tables and a garbage can. The gate is latched and locked shut preventing children and staff from being able to move at least 50 feet away from the building. The primary emergency exit pathway from the Pre-K room has a gate with a latch at the very top preventing safe egress to at least 50 feet away from the building.
