(2)(c) There were light up pads, fan, computer, and lamp cords that were accessible to the children in the Kindergarten Prep 1 classroom. There was a stereo cord that was accessible to the children in the Preschool 3 classroom. (2)(d) There were plastic bags that were accessible to the children in the bathrooms of the Twos 2, Twos 1, and Preschool 3 classrooms. (3)(g) The climbing play structure on the preschool playground has flaking paint and needs to be fixed.
