2)c) There was a loose cord that was capable of forming a loop a child could put their head through from one of the items on the shelf in the corner of the 'twos' room. The cord was partially secured, but one section was not secured and could be pulled loose. 2)d), 3)a) In the young toddler room, there were two drawers that were not secured or locked and could be opened by a child. There were some plastic bags and sharp items in the drawers. 3)f) One shelf in the young toddler room needs to be anchored to prevent tipping. One shelf in the early preschool room needs to be anchored to prevent tipping.
