Observation

Newly enstalled doorlocking hardware observed on both playground gates. Now the outside public has playground access as they can reach in through a small opening (2 inch gap), turn the handle to enter the play ground area. 1 out of 2 outdoor gates, observed draging on the cement surface leaving skid marks, the gate needs a good push to close and latch and needs to be repaired. Note: that either gates are self-closing or self-latching.
