During onsite visit, licensor Anita Stewart observed sanitizing product on counter near handwashing sink. Provider threw away the container while licensor was onsite. During onsite visit, licensor Anita Stewart observed storage room located in kitchen area was accessible to children. Provider closed door leading to the kitchen and storage area while licensor was onsite.
