0356(3)(a)(b)(c ) Program was over total licensed capacity and over capacity in cafeteria. Program is licensed for total capacity of 60 children and at time of visit 69 children were in attendance. Total capacity for cafeteria is 60 children and all children in attendance were present. 0356(5) At time of visit, program exceeded the 1:15 staff to children ratio. 69 children were in attendance with 4 staff present.
