0165 (2)(c) Provider has several wires that hand down around the back of the house and on the CB tower that can form a loop that need to be made inaccessible to children. 0165 (2)(d) Provider had a plastic bag in the dresser that is the parent sign in station that need to be made inaccessible to prevent suffocation hazards. 0165 (3)(d) Provider has a secondary freezer and washer and dryer that are considered entrapments that need to be made inaccessible to children.
