Tiger room: there was a cord accessible under the tv. Cheetah room: there was a cord accessible under the tv 110-300-0165(2)(d) Panda room: there were plastic bags accessible in children cubbies. There was a zip loc bag in the materials area. Otter room: there was a plastic bag with diapers inside accessible and plastic bags accessible in personal cubbies. Cheetah room: there were zip loc bags accessible with material inside. Young toddlers classroom: diapers inside plastic bag accessible. 110-300-0165(3)(c) otter room: white inner lock hood intended to keep cabinet under lock still opens partially making it a pinching hazard. 110-300-0165(5)(a) Panda Room: there was an outlet near phone and small table that was not tamper resistant.
