Observation

Attendance records are kept electronically. Staff are unable to produce in the momement reflection of accurate staff to child ratios in classrooms. An infant from the infant classroom has been moved from the infant room to the beetles classroom. Attendance for the beetle classroom does not reflect the child being moved. She is still sign in to the infant room, but it does not have a staff person or other children in it. The beetle teacher is sign in to the beetle classroom, but no children are signed in currently.
