1) Some bottles seen in the fridge did not include the date, childs first and last name. 3c) The handwashing sink in the kitchen is the water source for formula bottle prep. The kitchen sink is labeled hand washing only. 3i) some prepared bottles seen in the fridge did not have covers on the nipples.
