0145(1): licensor observed vaiorus hazards outside such as bricks and lawn mowers in the outdoor space. 0145(8,9): Licensor osberved a gap on the deck area at 9 3/4 inches and 8 7/16 inch gap. 0145(11): licensor did not observe a self-latching and self-closing gate. 0145(12): licensor did not observe two exits from the outdoor. 0145(6): licensor did not observe a complete enclosed fence. 0145(7): licensor did not observe an enclosed space to deter people from entering.
