Climbing play equipement was observed to be placed on material that was not pea gravel at least nine inches deep; playground wood chips at least nine inches deep; shredded recycled rubber at least six inches deep or any material that has a certifiate of compliance, label, or documentation stating it meets ASTM standards F1292, at the time of inspection.
