Observation

-There is one set of window blind accessible to children in the preschool 2 classroom - Cords capable of forming a loop were found in the pre-k room, preschool 2 classroom, preschool 3 classroom, and waddler 3 classroom. - Plastic gloves were accessible to children in the pre-k bathroom (behind mirror storage), - The door to the bathroom in the pre-k room has a broken piece/ hole. The storage units in the preschool outdoor area have chipping paint and are not closed all the way making them a pinching hazard, -Outlet in the library area of the pre-k room does not appear to be tamper resistant. - White book shelf in the pre-k area needs to be secured, book shlef in the preschool one classroom also needs to be secured, play kitchen in preschool 3 classroom needs to be secured, -Ping pong table in the school age outdoor area has chipping paint/not in good condition, colored posts in the outdoor area have chipping paint,
