Cords and electric cords capable of forming a lop were accessible int eh outdoor play area. A knives was accessible next to the kitchen sink. Plastic bag was accessible in the wooden cubbies. Water hose was accessible in the outdoor play area and represent a tripping hazard. Cubbies are not secured and represent a tipping hazard.
