Observation

There were hazards in licensed play areas including wadding pools, firepit, cigarette butts, animal feces, and unsecured frisbee golf set. The fenced in play area does not have two emergency exit routes that are not blocked, due to baby gate set up. Provider is only using a section of yard that does not have minumum of 75 square feet per child. Fences were not in good repair and sections had gaps greater than 3.5 inches in diameter and that did not meet 48 inch height requirement.
