(2)(c) There were multiple cords that were accessible to children in the Grasshoppers 2, Dragonflies 1 (christmas tree and air purifier cords), and Dragonflies 2 classrooms (air purifier cord). (2)(d) There were plastic bags in the bathroom of the Grasshoppers 2 classroom that were accessible to the children. (3)(a) There was a pair of adult scissors in the Dragonflies 1 classroom that were accessible to children.
