Observation

Plastic bags were observed in the bathroom areas that were accessible to children at the time of inspection. Large objects were observed to be on floating shelves that could post a risk of falling or tipping. Few storage cubicles were observed to post a risk of falling or tipping that need to be securely anchored. Water temperature in Toddler Room was 130.5 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. Water temperature in Independence Room was 126.7 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection.
