At the time of the onsite monitor visit, the preschool had multiple cords that could form a loop around a child's neck, accessible to children. Disco ball cord (4' long) under loft; air purifier cord (2'), extension cord around door (2.5' long). At the time of the onsite monitor visit, there were numerous plastic bags in the toddler bathroom that were accessible to children. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, the small group of cubbies by front right entrance gate was not secured to the wall an posed a falling/tipping hazard.
