Observation

Restroom soapy water and bleach/vinegar mix spray bottles were accessible to children. Lysol disinfectant spray and comet cleaner was accessible to children in the restroom. There were also other products in the restroom under the sink, on shelving units and in shelving units that were accessible to children.
