Observation

During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the storage room door in the preschool 124 room that leads to the laundry room was unlocked and accessible to children. This licensor observed this storage room/laundry room had chemicals and cleaning supplies in this room. During the monitor visit this was corrected and locked by the provider.
