0145(11) - At the time of inspection, the outdoor emergency exit did not have a mechanism to self-latch. 0145(12) - At the time of inspection, the outdoor emergency exit was not able to fully open due to dirt blocking the bottom of the door. 0145(3) - At the time of inspection, the outdoor play area did not have shaded areas. A child sized picnic table with a small umbrella was present, but does not provide enough shaded area for multiple children. . 0145(6) - At the time of inspection, the outdoor play space was not fully enclosed due to construction still being completed on the fence.
