Observation

Cords plugged-in in living room area are accessible to children. Gate in outdoor space was observed to be broken creating sharp edges and a gap on the gate. Shelves in play area, close to window space, are observed to not be secured. Stairway needs balusters to prevent children from falling to the sides. Outlets in licensed areas are not tamper-resistant.
