3b) Wood stove was covered with wood and was within 3 ft of wood stove. 3f) Applicant did not have fireplace statement regarding wood stove and not using it. 3i) Top of fire exinguisher in bathroom hallway was 5'11" off ground (more than 5ft) and there was not a receipt present at time of visit to show date of purchase.
