Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed cords accessible to children that are capable of forming a loop around a child's neck in rooms 1418, 1420,1422, and school house. These were all corrected and the cords in all the rooms were made inaccesible by the director during the monitor visit. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d) During the monitor visit this licensor observed plastic bags in a few drawers in the bathroom of the classroom 1465 that was accessible to children. This was corrected and the plastic bags were removed from the bathroom by the director during the visit.
