Observation

Outside there are sharp edges on the chaink-fence gate and on the the metal plate for the house numbers. There are pinching hazards because there were some folding chairs outside. There tripping hazards outside becuase the cement is damaged. There are not-tamper resistant outlets in proposed licensed areas. There are no GFCI/Tamper Resistant outlets near the sinks in the kitchen and in the restroom.
